Has a background from a broad spectrum of positions in the financial sector, ranging from senior management positions at the Swedish Central Bank and Swedish national Debt Office to management consulting.
She started her career working as a fund manager and has extended her expertise within fund management by working with strategic and risk related topics in the fund & asset management industry for more than 25 years.
Charlotte Lundberg

She started her career working as a fund manager and has extended her expertise within fund management by working with strategic and risk related topics in the fund & asset management industry for more than 25 years.
She has also lived and worked for six years in New York where she experienced both the positive side from working in an international environment but also the challenge of starting a business in a new country.
Carl Lindgren

Carl has been highly involved in the set-up of Favafond since inception and is a Board member since 2024. He has a background from auditing, finance and governance and held positions such as partner and Head of the Board at KPMG in Sweden. Carl’s professional background also includes being a Certified forester and as such the environment is close to his heart. He is also engaged in various initiatives regarding international collaborations and on the Board of Directors for Världsnaturfonden AB, Nordea Asset Management and Tenure Facilities.
Walter Del Castillo

Walter has supported Favafond since 2018 and joined the Board of Directors in 2024. He has an extensive experience in strategic partnerships, private sector development, trade, innovative finance, and change management. He has worked with bilateral and multilateral organizations and played a key role in mobilizing capital for impact-driven initiatives across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, the Caribbean, Central & South Asia and Northern Europe working for NIRAS, Sida, IFC, and corporate foundations.
